Jason Howells Joins Key Solutions As Company Director
This week we welcomed a new arrival to the Key Solutions gang; Jason Howells!
Jason joins us as the Director of Training and Compliance and comes from insurance giant, Legal & General, where he spent 18 years within the Bank & Building Society and Intermediary sector as a Key Relationship Manager working with mortgage and protection firms helping them identify areas where they could work more efficiently and building strategies to facilitate this.
We’re thrilled to have Jason on board and we’re looking forward to having the benefit of his considerable experience to help grow Key Solutions and continue to focus on providing a world-class service to our clients.
Jason will be creating and running the Key Solutions Training Academy, which will recruit new mortgage and protection advisers and, through a structured learning programme, offer them a route to becoming fully CeMAP and/or associated qualified advisers within the business.
He will also be overseeing all the compliance functions and further improving the quality standards of our business and maintaining our high standards of customer service.
Jason’s excited about joining, he said: “I couldn’t wait to get started on the next stage of my career and this new challenge, and I am already relishing what is in front of me, helping what is already a great business grow, succeed and thrive.”
We’re sure you want to get to know Jason a little better, so we’ve asked him some very important questions…
- Tell us something that’s on your bucket list?
A no-fly adventure to Alaska, travelling by cruise ship from Southampton to the east coast of America – then on to the train in Toronto to include the Rocky Mountaineer to Vancouver – then a 7 night roundtrip cruise to Skagway via Ketchikan and Juneau – then do the same in reverse.
- If you could be a celebrity for a week, who would you be?
Chris Evans – he seems like a big family man and I always hear about how he’s helping others.
- Where’s the most interesting place you’ve been?
The Blue Lagoon, geothermal spa in Iceland – covered in mud in a lagoon heated by a volcano, drinking a glass of lager that cost £19…
Welcome to the Key Solutions gang, Jason, you definitely suit orange!
