Whether you are looking to talk to us about a mortgage or your protection needs we offer every new client a free initial consultation.
We want to ensure that everyone has access to the highest quality financial advice no matter what their circumstances and therefore if you decide to proceed with us after the initial consultation we will charge you an administration fee of £150 at outset and a further fee of £350 when you complete.
These fees are a lifetime fee which means once you have paid this you will never pay us a penny ever again!
That means we will support you with your mortgage and protection needs for the rest of your life at no additional cost. How great is that?!
Our fee is also backed by our unique 100% mortgage guarantee which means that if we say you qualify for a mortgage and for any reason we are unable to secure this for you, we will refund the fee you have paid to us. But our guarantee doesn’t just stop there, this covers all the costs you have incurred including any legal, survey and any reservation/agency fees you may have paid*. This guarantee encompasses every core value we have and we love being able to offer this complete security and peace of mind to all our clients.
